*Topic: The fire on the altar.*
*Text: Leviticus 6:9-13*📖
*🔑Key verse:Leviticus 6:13*
*"(6:2) Command Aaron and his sons, saying: This is the law of the burnt-offering: it is that which goeth up on its firewood upon the altar all night unto the morning; and the fire of the altar shall be kept burning thereby."*

👉The essence of the command that burnt offering shall continually be upon the altar is a significant of God's eternal reign.
This specific duty on Aaron and his sons is also extended to us in a way.

🔑The question is, if the command is extended to us, what part do we play?

👉To ensure that the fire upon the altar burns continually God gave the high priesthood tips to follow and extending these responsibility to us, we must endeavor to do the following in conjunction with the Cohen.

👉While the Cohen is instructed to burn incense daily, we are excepted to keep our altar of prayer burning. Pray without ceasing.

👉While the Cohen offer meal offering daily, morning and evening, we endeavor to provide all needed for these offerings from Sabbath to  new moon and all the appointed times of God.

👉While the Cohen removes the ashes from the altar daily, we are expected to remove every sinful act from our dwellings and embrace righteousness to keep the fire burning.

    *Ponder on these...*
👌For God's kingdom to be me made manifest upon your life, you must create a channel of communication.

👌Your knowledge of the WORD is not enough, but through consistent prayer and meditation on God's word.

        *Prayer point.*
O Lord help me maintain the oil in my life that my altar of prayer will keep me burning. Amen
