*Topic: Fragrance of integrity.*
*Text: Deuteronomy 24:1-14.*📖
*🔑Key Verse: Deuteronomy 24:14.*
*"Thou shalt not oppress a hired servant that is poor and needy, whether he be of thy brethren, or of thy strangers that are in thy land within thy gates."*
👉Truth be told, we speak greatly of the need to represent God well and even make efforts to
act upon these words.
👉But you see eehhh.................when it comes to maintaining integrity when it involves business is one lifestyle I know believers are really struggling with.
👉People tend to be conditional in living a life of integrity. When the situation is to their favour they appear good and when its not you see another version of them.
👉Nevertheless, its noteworthy to know that the display of integrity is not conditional and should not be determined by circumstances to be maintained
👉King David clearly defined integrity in the book of *psalm 15:1-end.*
He that has pure heart............
He that stands by his words even when it hurts him.............
Who has not lifted his soul unto vanity...............
*How do you acquire this priceless Jewel?*
1. Constant study of the scripture will expose you to this truth which is capable of setting you free.
2. Constant meditation on the ways of God. Will gradually transform you into being a reflection of God's word.
3. Incessant communication with God through prayers can make your desire come true.
4. Making alliance with people of good character, this way virtuous lifestyle can rob off on you if you accept to learn from them.
*Ponder on these...*
👌Just as efforts are made on daily basis to maintain a car or building, so also is integrity maintained through your intentional effort.
👌Its takes so much sacrifice, effort and time to build integrity, but it cost so little to tarnish and lose it. So always strive to protect it.
*Prayer point...*🙇♀
Dear Heavenly Father, guide my heart to live for you come rain or sunshine.
May I start strong and finish stronger, not loosing the rewards of integrity in this lifetime and the life to come. Amen🙏
*Shalom Shabbat !*
