*Text: Psalms 86:1-17*
*🔑Key Verse: Psalms 86:5*
*"For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee."*

👉The Lord knew from the onset that man is bound to sin, so He made provisions for our reconciliation and demanded that we do same to our neighbour no matter what pain they have caused us.

👉The act of forgiveness is not an easy one, you find it hard to let go especially if the person who wronged you took an intentional act to harm you.

👉By default, the heart of man is full of evil, hence we shouldn't be surprised by character that would be displayed from time to time.

👉Do not over expect from anyone, so that you won't be disappointed.
Yes.......when you have such mindset that the heart of man is full of evil and is aware that its by grace we attain righteousness, then it will be easy for you to let go.

👉The spirit of God also does wonder in the heart of all who gives Him chance in their life.
One of signs to know that one is led by the spirit of God is it's ability to forgive with ease.
 
    *Ponder on these...*
👌When you hold unto pain and anger, it harms you more than it does to your offender.

👌To live a free and enjoyable life, be ready to forgive in advance.

👌You will continue to live in the past when you find it difficult to forgive. 

👌You are trapped in the jail cell of bitterness and resentment for some else's crime when you don't forgive.

👌When you forgive, you have done no one good but yourself.

👌Because the good Lord forgives and accepts us when we forgive our brethren.

👌You might be wasting your to call upon God when you bear grudges and refuses to forgive your offender.

Let my life be governed by the Spirit of God that i may live a holy and
 acceptable life before God.
Let my heart be made flesh that I do not struggle to forgive. 🙏

This specific duty on Aaron and his sons is also extended to us in a way. 🔑The question is, if the command is extended to us, what part do we play? 👉To ensure that the fire upon the altar burns continually God gave the high priesthood tips to follow and extending these responsibility to us, we must endeavor to do the following in conjunction with the Cohen. 👉While the Cohen is instructed to burn incense daily, we are excepted to keep our altar of prayer burning. God spoke to Israel concerning a land they haven't even possessed. Can you imagine? 👉We are familiar with the idea of Sabbaths of days, where the seventh is dedicated to God. But the case of Sabbatical year is not observed today due to some obvious circumstances. 👉Nevertheless, the essence of this command reveals that every thing created by God deserves a rest.
