*Topic: You shall not be ashamed.*
*Text: Isaiah 29:22*
*๐Key verse:*
*"Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob: Jacob* *shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale".*
๐The Hebrew verb translated comfort (nacham) means to console or calm down someone.
The lord called Isaiah to bring words of comfort to His people to inform them that the days of punishment are over, and the time of pardon has begun.
๐The lord might have struck you with His left hand but is consoling you and drawing you closer with His right hand.
๐Have you lost all you struggled for over the years and is starting life afresh?
๐Have you been inflicted with terminal disease that has made you lost hope of survival?
๐Are you at the verge of divorce in you marital life?
๐Have you waited so long for a breakthrough that people perceive you as suffering from a coursed?
๐Do you look at your present condition and you are ashamed of what you have become?
๐Have you incurred so much debt that have made you loose your worth amongst your friends?
๐The word of God unto you is "calm down".He has promised to change all of these situations that you will no longer be ashamed.
๐ The book of *Isaiah 40:4-5 says:*
*"Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the rugged shall be made level, and the rough places a plain;*
*and the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it".*
*Ponder on these...*
God doesn't enjoy seeing us suffer, all He needs from us is commitment.
*Prayer point...*๐♀
I rejoice today because all my shame has been turned to glory. God I thank you for this recovery.๐
